About Us
Bessie Road Christian Academy started in 2023 as a ministry of Bessie Road Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert Griswold and Director Kayla Brewer. We are a 501 (c) (3) federal tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
Our Purpose
Is to offer a warm, secure atmosphere where the love of Jesus is taught to children and shown to them and their families. Our vision is to love and follow Jesus fully so that others in our community are drawn to Him. Our program exists to provide quality child care in a program designed to promote social, intellectual, emotional and physical growth in a Christian environment. A special emphasis is placed on Christian character development, including but not limited to: honesty, respect, kindness, good sportsmanship, responsibility and learning to love one another. Our vision is to love and follow Jesus fully so that others in our community are drawn to him.
Objectives
- To introduce each student to Jesus Christ
- To instill firm belief in the Bible
- To teach biblical morals and godly conduct
- To provide high quality, Christian Child Care
- To challenge students to make a difference in the world for the glory of God and the good of others
